What if I don’t have time to watch all the videos at once?
This course is designed to be watched one section at a time. I recommend building in about 30-45 minutes each week to go through the content and journal reflectively.
What makes this different than a 1:1 appointment with you?
I love seeing patients in clinic, and find myself addressing similar concerns time and time again. I’ve placed the topics I feel are most common into one easy-to-navigate course. This is not a replacement for medical advice, and I always recommend seeing your doctor 1:1 if you have a serious health concern or current condition.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
